HYGPFLEG-Projekt – Train-the-Trainer Kurs für Hygienefachkräfte
Zusammenarbeit mit Pflegewissenschaftlern und Psychologen entwickelte und pilotierte das Institut für Hygiene der Kliniken der Stadt Köln einen Train-the-Trainer Kurs für Hygienefachkräfte (HYGPFLEG-Projekt, gefördert durch das BMG). Zentrale Elemente sind didaktische und psychologische Fähigkeiten zur nachhaltigen Vermittlung krankenhaushygienischer Inhalte durch Hygienefachkräfte an Pflegende.
